Our Interview Process

Application Review

Congratulations on beginning the hiring process with Everactive! Once you have successfully completed your application, the hiring team will review your background/credentials and respond back to you if you are moving forward in the hiring process

Initial Phone Call

You will be invited to speak on the phone or through Zoom Video conferencing so we can get a better understanding of your background. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the role and our team!

Technical Interview (sometimes combined with the initial call)

You will be asked questions that assess your technical and professional strengths relative to the position you are applying for. Some of our positions may include a problem-solving exercise, such as using Coderpad. 

Group Interview

You will meet with a variety of team members from other leaders, to peers to cross functional colleagues who look forward to the chance to meet you. Often, this includes a presentation prepared by you so they can learn more about you at the same time. 

References / Background Check

We require a minimum of 2 references for review. We can provide more information regarding the background check process at that time.


Everyone’s favorite part! We will provide you with a verbal offer for your review. This includes a slide deck with details for you to consider. Once we have your verbal acceptance (Yes!), we will send formal offer documents to make it official. Welcome to the Everactive team!
