# Everactive

> At Everactive, we have developed a self-powered platform for wireless IoT devices that operate from the energy harvested from light, heat, or vibration, with no battery required. This is built around our ultra-low power system-on-chip (SoC) that we design in-house which achieves a 1000x reduction in power compared to other COTS devices. Our SoC includes a radio, multiple sensor interfaces, 32-bit processor, hardware accelerators, memory, and an energy-harvesting power management unit.
