PKS3000
The PKS3000 is our next-generation, batteryless wireless sensor compute node that unlocks maintenance-free deployments. It operates under challenging energy-harvesting conditions while extending wireless wake-up range to up to 1 km, enabling sensors to be placed in hard-to-reach or previously impractical locations. The PKS3000 achieves this with a tightly integrated architecture.
- Digital subsystem - The digital subsystem orchestrates the entire platform, intelligently managing power, coordinating the analog front ends, and handling communications with on-board and external sensors. This enables responsive, application-aware behavior operating from harvested energy.
- Energy Harvesting Power Management Unit (EH-PMU) - The EH-PMU simultaneously harvests energy from multiple ultra‑low‑power DC sources such as photovoltaic (PV) solar cells and thermoelectric generators (TEGs), turning ambient energy into stable system voltage rails. This approach eliminates battery maintenance, reduces total cost of ownership, and supports truly continuous operation in the field.
- Wake-up Receiver (WRX) - The always-on wake-up receiver supports a wide range of sub‑GHz bands and is designed to meet regulatory requirements in Europe, North America, Japan, and Australia, simplifying global deployment. Multiple operating modes let customers tune for ultra‑low power, extended range, or higher throughput, so the same hardware adapts to changing environments and power budgets.

It delivers reliable operation even under poor energy-harvesting conditions while extending previous wake-up reception to distances of up to 250m, making it ideal for mid-range industrial, building, and infrastructure monitoring applications.
